WARM-UP

10min Active Warm-Up & Mobility

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Take 12-15 min per section:

Snatch (5 x 2)

Take 6-8 min to build up to starting weight

Take 10-12min to perform sets – may stay at one weight, or ascend

Snatch Pull (3 x 3)

Take 8-10min to perform at heavier than Snatch sets

Front Squat (3 x 3)

Take 15min to build up and perform 3 sets at moderate weights
