In teams of 4:

60 Partner Deadlifts*

Scale load appropriately do all athletes on team can perform at least 7-10 UB reps on DL.
2 athletes on the bar, must both DL synchronized.
The other 2 rest. Partition as desired.
During T2B and HSPU, the bar must be lifted and held in the hang position by 2 athletes, while the other 2 take turns performing T2B or HSPU.
If bar hits the floor, the reps on gymnastics movements DO NOT count.
Athletes may alternate the 2 working on gymnastics and athletes holding bar, as desired.
Remember to pick up bar, before beginning gymnastics movements. ; )
