- A jump start program for those starting from zero or after a long break from fitness.
- 3 workouts per week, ongoing program.
- Simple, no-brainer, super easy to follow, full body workouts, designed to help newer people or those returning from a break build a base and develop routines and healthy habits.
- Great to build and maintain a healthy and basic level of fitness for everyday life.
- Zero to minimal equipment options.
- 30-40 min workout sessions.
- Movement Library.
- Community engagement to build accountability and support.
Ride the Wave
Available starting Oct 7th
- A workout program for those who already work out consistently and want to continue improving their general fitness.
- 4 x per week, ongoing program.
- Great for those looking to increase their fitness, improve endurance, build muscle, burn more fat and improve capacity in strength, cardio and basic gymnastics.
- Full body workouts with slightly more complexity for the more experienced fitness enthusiast.
- Basic/minimal equipment required such as dumbbells, KB, bench, box and jump rope.
- Full gym options/variations available.
- 45-60 min sessions.
- Movement library.
- Exclusive community to provide accountability and compare scores.
- Our all-inclusive programming provides daily coaching videos, programming notes, scaling options, more in depth coaching, and more.
Looking for an individual or customized workout program?
Jaws
- Fully customized fitness experience, where you engage 1-on-1 with a Riptide Performance Coach. Your coach invests time understanding your lifestyle, enabling them to optimize your efforts both in and out of the gym. This program is for those who want a personal coach to help them optimize every part of their life.
- Minimal equipment/basic gym access required.
Nutrition Coaching
